
Jeff Godfrey for 252 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another score as UCF beat Memphis 37-17 on Saturday.
Knights (9-3, 7-1 Conference USA) will host Southern Methodist Dec. 4 in the championship game of the league.
Latavius Murray UCF lasted two touchdowns, including a 7-yards to make it 23-7 four plays after the Tigers (1-11, 0-8) fumbled the kickoff in the second half. Murray, 16 times for 75 yards.
UCF put the game away in the fourth quarter, when Godfrey hooked up with Jamar Newsome for scoring passes of 56 and 23 yards. Godfrey completed 14 of 17 passes, including four for 118 yards Newsome.
The rookie quarterback has also carried 13 times for 34 yards. Ryan Williams of Memphis, completed 21 of 34 is two touchdown passes but was sacked four times and intercepted once.
