Sochaux is a French international midfielder Marvin Martin confirmed Tuesday that he hopes to be able to ensure to leave the Ligue 1 club.

"I would like to leave," Martin, who scored a brace in a 4-1 win against Ukraine in his international debut last month, told AFP.

Martin, 23, who is under contract with Sochaux until 2014, also said he hoped the club president Alexandre Lacombe will agree to let him go if he receives an acceptable offer.

Lacombe had previously said that Martin, who was the inspiration behind the 2010/11 season well Sochaux, where he finished fifth in the French first division, "not for sale at any price."

The game of big French clubs are believed to be in line to sign Martin, with Paris Saint-Germain, Lille, Lyon and Marseille all credited with interest.
