Redskins Land Barry Cofield

The Washington Redskins, seemingly in constant motion on their defensive line have added a solid player to the mix after agreeing to terms with Barry Cofield.

The former New York Giants will receive a six-year contract, according to a report in the Washington Post, and the deal is worth more than $ 12 guaranteed.

Cofield was a defensive tackle for the Giants and it's not yet clear if he’ll play nose tackle or to an end in the Redskins’ 3-4 front.

The question we want answered is, when the Redskins going to address the situation with Albert Haynesworth because it's difficult to imagine the club wants to see if Haynesworth showing up when camp opens given the struggles he and coach Mike Shanahan have had.

Remember last year when Haynesworth had his own conditioning drills until the club would pass him to practice? Brian Orakpo already said the circus wasn’t going to be in town again this season. So, there’s likely more movement coming up front in Washington.
